Membership to the American College of Equine Attorneys provides a referral network among equine attorneys and is a resource for such matters as identifying qualified expert witnesses, appraisers, bloodstock agents, and others.

New Members

Join now by registering online or fill out and submit the ACEA Membership Application (PDF).

Membership is limited to attorneys in good standing and with a practice that exhibits a requisite degree of equine experience.

Student Members

Student Memberships are available to undergraduate and graduate students interested in equine law. Student Memberships are available to students sponsored or recommended by a member of the American College of Equine Attorneys. Student Members benefit by joining a network of experienced Equine Attorneys and may benefit by having access to resources made available by the ACEA and its other members.
